As our Product Manager you will lead the product strategy for Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group. You will define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals, drives sales growth, and expands profitability. This role requires a balance of market insight, cross‑functional leadership, and strategic vision to ensure continued success and competitiveness in the market. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable Minimum 5–10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets Product Management, Business Development / sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets Technical knowledge of interconnect products Experience in developing & executing growth strategies Effective and concise communication Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis Our core values – Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE)
