Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Communicates effectively across pharmacy and/or corporate teams and with patients, successfully resolving issues.
Tracks all pharmacy documentation and enters it into the EMR system as necessary.
Answers incoming calls, takes messages, and transfers callers to the designated party when applicable.
Greets guests and handles incoming mail.
Performs other duties as assigned.
No supervisory responsibility.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
1+ years pharmacy or other healthcare‑related experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, and vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process.
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Excellent organizational skills and mindfulness.
Physical Requirements The role requires constant sitting, typing on a keyboard, and occasionally standing and walking. Physical ability to push/pull and lift/carry 21–30 lbs is required.
