MDS COORDINATOR
Montgomery Village Care Facility is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator for a full‑time position. We are a beautiful 167‑bed facility with a great culture and work environment. We are offering excellent pay commensurate with an applicant’s experience.
Responsibilities
Management and completion of the RAI process targeting reimbursement and quality.
Coordinate and integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure substantiated reimbursement.
Track all Medicare/Managed Medicare/Commercial MDS and conduct weekly utilization reviews.
Schedule and complete the OBRA assessments.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current/active nursing licensure.
Prior MDS/RAI experience.
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing.
