LVI Associates
Senior Project Manager - Structural Engineering (Dallas, TX)
Lead impactful work in a firm built on trust, mentorship, and long-term growth.
What Makes This Role Unique
Immediate Impact
– The firm has a significant workload incoming and needs someone who can step in and lead projects without extensive onboarding. You'll be trusted to manage design, coordinate teams, and interface with clients from the start.
Client-Facing Leadership
– While business development isn't required, the ideal candidate brings existing client relationships or the ability to build them. Whether your background is in mid‑rise hotels, education, or healthcare, your experience will be valued – especially if you've worked at firms like TT or LA Fuess.
Culture of Mentorship & Stability
– The firm has a low turnover rate, a tight‑knit team, and a responsive leadership structure. Principals are hands‑on and accessible, and engineers are supported with clear career paths—whether technical or client‑facing.
Flexible Schedule
– Engineers typically work four 9‑hour days with half‑day Fridays. After two years, the schedule shifts to three in‑office days, with core collaboration days on Mondays and Thursdays.
Software & Technical Expectations
– Candidates should be proficient in:
RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, RAM Connection
RISA 2D/3D
Concrete design tools (ADAPT or RISA)

Strong design software skills are prioritized over production tools.
