About the Job We are recruiting for a fast-growing global consultancy with a strong presence in the alternatives and financial services space in New York/Boston. The organisation is expanding its finance function and is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and financial decision-making across the Alternatives division or the Asset and Wealth Management division. The Role The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing insights and guidance to senior leadership. You will support business planning, financial analysis, and scenario modelling while ensuring alignment with corporate finance standards. The role offers exposure to high-impact projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. The Person University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent Professional finance qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 7+ years’ experience in finance, including business partnering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded What’s on Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives Clear career development and growth opportunities Flexible working environment Seniority level
