The company is seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead heavy civil and sitework projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors on large‑scale projects involving excavation, utilities, and roadway construction. Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all phases of site development, including:
Excavation, demolition, and land clearing Earthwork and site grading Underground utility installation (water, sewer, storm drainage) Road construction and surface restoration
Coordinate schedules, equipment, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Interpret civil plans and specifications Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients Resolve on‑site challenges promptly and maintain project timelines Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in heavy civil/sitework supervision Expertise in excavation, grading, and underground utilities Familiarity with roadway construction, sewage systems, and stormwater management Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors OSHA certification preferred Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills Benefits
