Unrestricted medical license in California DEA certificate FNP or ENP certificate Board certification by AANP or ANCC At least one year’s experience in an ER, urgent‑care, or primary‑care setting Comfortable performing minor procedures (e.g., suturing, draining abscesses) Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts Compensation
