Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain

mobile test automation frameworks

using Appium with TypeScript.

Perform hands‑on testing of native mobile applications on

real devices and simulators .

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to understand features, logs, and architectural patterns.

Participate in

TDD/BDD practices , driving quality earlier in the development cycle.

Troubleshoot failures by analyzing logs, network calls, device behaviors, and environment configurations.

Support frequent code pushes and coordinate testing for

multiple App Store submissions per sprint .

Develop and maintain API automation using frameworks such as

RestAssured, Karate , or equivalent tools.

Participate in cross‑functional team ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, tooling, and processes.

Ensure high‑quality releases in a

fast‑paced, iterative, agile environment .

Requirements

5+ years of strong hands‑on experience in mobile testing

on real devices and simulators/emulators.

Deep experience with

Appium

and automation with

TypeScript .

Solid understanding of

React Native

application testing.

Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining

mobile test automation frameworks .

Proficiency with mobile debugging, logs, device tools, and native app behaviors.

Strong experience with

TDD

and familiarity with

BDD

practices.

Understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

(CDC/Harness preferred).

Experience with

API testing/automation

using frameworks such as RestAssured, Karate, etc.

Ability to thrive in a

fast‑paced , high‑iteration environment with rapid release cycles.

Proactive, confident communicator who can drive conversations, dig into technical issues, and collaborate closely with developers.

Experience with micro frontends, microservices, or

module federation

architectures.

Familiarity with multi‑platform release processes and app store submission workflows.

Creative problem‑solving mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
