Help lead one of the most ambitious human spaceflight programs of the decade. We are looking for a Deputy LTVS Program Manager to support the development and delivery of a crew‑capable Lunar Terrain Vehicle targeted for the lunar surface by 2029. This role is central to driving program execution, aligning technical teams, and ensuring mission readiness in a fast‑moving engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support program leadership across schedule, budget, milestones, and technical objectives
Coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate communication between engineering groups
Manage milestone reviews, stakeholder feedback, and readiness criteria
Track program KPIs and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
Interface with NASA and external partners
Lead internal meetings, surface risks, resolve blockers, and improve program processes
Maintain program documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
15+ years of technical project or program management experience
Background in Class A spaceflight, human spaceflight, or human‑rated systems
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with scope, schedule, budget management, and subcontractor coordination
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Jira
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams
U.S. Person
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or similar certification
Experience as a cost account manager or with earned value management
Familiarity with model‑based systems engineering
