Job Title: Commercial Roofer — Part-Time (Mid-Senior level)
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities
Installation of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single‑ply, coatings, and other low‑slope roofing systems
Safe operation of hand and power tools
Follow OSHA regulations and other safety regulations
Work outside in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility required to complete tasks
Climb and operate ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements
Commercial roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
Reliable transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards
Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam
Compensation The hourly rate ranges from $20.00 to $33.00. This is an estimate based on qualifications, operations, and legal considerations.
