What You'll Do

Develop and execute initial allocation and ongoing replenishment of product to all assigned stores detailed in the sales forecast by the Demand Planner.

Manages replenishment within published standards and proactively makes adjustments based on sales trends, seasonality, visual merchandising strategies and business needs.

Focus on Top 25 options per gender and target a 9 5 % in-stock rate of those SKUs.

Responsible for monitoring product performance at the store level and recommends transfers or consolidations within published guidelines.

Ensures forward planning is in place to support revenue targets and planned promotions.

Communicates replenishment plans with Distribution & Logistics teams and ensures plans are executed in full and on time.

Approach all tasks with the consumer in mind, ensuring we continue exciting our consumers in store.

Drive for constant improvement on allocation efficiency across all markets with a team player mindset.

What You'll Bring to the Table Education:

Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline.

Experience:

1+ years in inventory planning/allocation and/or planning within a direct-to-consumer environment.

Knowledge:

Self-starter who works well in a demanding, fast-paced and high performance environment.

Understanding of market competition, consumer and market trends.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to independently utilize resources to increase knowledge.

Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changes.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word). Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred.

Fluency in English and an Asian language is preferred.
