We are looking for a
Parts Counter Sales & Delivery Specialist
to join our team. This role involves assisting customers and technicians with parts look-up and sales, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to wholesale customers or other dealerships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and prior experience in an automotive dealership environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and service technicians with accurate parts identification and sales.
Process parts orders and maintain inventory control.
Coordinate and perform deliveries to wholesale customers and pick up parts from other dealers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
Provide exceptional customer service and support dealership operations.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High School Diploma (Preferred: Automotive Technology focus)
Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment.
Certifications & Licenses
Valid Virginia Driver’s License
ASE Certification or Dealership Brand Certifications (preferred)
