4-7 years of experience in QA automation with strong exposure to Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and build tools such as ANT / Maven / Gradle Hands-on automation experience with robust, scalable test automation suites, automation frameworks, object repositories, scripting, and related design patterns Excellent design and development skills in Java; strong Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms) Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with API automation, integration and unit testing across layers; knowledge of TDD or BDD is a plus Experience with configuration management tools (Git / SVN / TFS) and CI tools (Jenkins / TeamCity / Bamboo) Understanding of Agile development concepts; strong organizational and team-building skills Experience communicating with business, development, testing teams, and management (offshore/onshore) to collect requirements, describe software features and technical designs, and design & implement test strategies throughout the development lifecycle Test planning, test preparation, test execution, and test status/reporting Very good communication skills; ability to mentor other engineers in technical aspects Primary Skill: Powercenter Seniority level
