FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for an estate planning associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience with trusts, estates, and probate matters.The firm is seeking a candidate with strong writing abilities, knowledge of probate and procedural rules, experience with the estate planning process and tax structures, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates MUST BE LICENSED to practice law in Minnesota.A portable book of business is a plus, but it is not necessarily required for this position. FMJ is a collegial, positive work environment, and this is an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to support and expand our busy and growing estate planning practice.Salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 (commensurate with experience) plus quarterly bonuses based on files originated and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Benefits are available and employees can select Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Supplemental Life and AD&D, Flexible Spending and HSA Options, and Retirement Benefits (with employer contribution).
