Controls Engineer
Seeking a Controls Engineer to support and optimize Shuttle-based ASRS systems (tote & pallet handling, non‑Kardex). Focus on maximizing uptime, troubleshooting, and improving automated warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, SCADA, conveyors, and shuttle systems.
Integrate ASRS with WCS and WMS systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement long‑term solutions.
Support commissioning, testing, upgrades, and expansions.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Hands‑on PLC programming experience (Siemens/Allen‑Bradley).
Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC).
Experience with WCS/WMS integration and high‑speed automation.
Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with large‑scale distribution centers and Flex ASRS or similar shuttle systems.
Familiarity with data analytics for system performance.
