At Live Nation Entertainment, we provide spectacular live entertainment experiences. The Operations Supervisor will work with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to manage day of show duties, guest services, safety, and venue operations for The Bell House. Responsibilities

Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties. Responds to all elevated staff or guest inquiries regarding shows, meet and greet packages, amenities, VIP program, and seat upgrades. Works through and corrects guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service situations. Follows up with Security and Guest Services teams to ensure service standards are met. Performs opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy. Informs guests of Music Hall amenities and makes recommendations. Maintains line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered. Provides suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable. Keeps current on all Standard Operating Procedures and can effectively communicate them to team members. Creates pre‑shift sheet and relays information from management to staff. Turns in all lost and found articles to Box Office. Ensures responsible alcohol service per Responsible Alcohol Service training and Live Nation alcohol policies. Ensures proper line of sight maintenance by all staff at all points of guest contact and maintains security of Back of House areas. Leads all pre‑shift meetings prior to start of shift. Communicates to M.O.D. any issues that guests or team members may have. Works with M.O.D. to resolve any guest issues; consults or involves management if situation escalates. Is responsible for completing incident reports and collecting witness statements. Assists MOD with all ejection logs and incident reports. Required Qualifications

Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent. Working knowledge of high‑volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations. Skills in guest relations and staff relations – assessing and anticipating special needs of guests. Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks or issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude. Read guests in order to anticipate their needs. Turn potentially negative situations into positive ones. Communicate well with team members and managers to foster an atmosphere of unity and camaraderie. High School Diploma required. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a live music environment. College diploma in related field. Physical Demands

Fast‑paced, often loud and stressful environment. Extended periods of prolonged standing and working on feet. Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques. Equal Employment Opportunity
