About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Lead cross‑functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients
Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards
Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs
Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices
What do we need from you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CivilEngineering.
Proven experience (15+ years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferred
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management
Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle changing priorities
Experience in budget management and resource allocation
Arabic speaking preferred for coordination with the client
Proven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance.
