Syneren Technologies Corporation is seeking a

Business Analyst

with 3+ years of experience in Agile software development and Scrum Master responsibilities. This role supports the modernization of legacy federal applications using the SAFe Agile framework.

Core Responsibilities

Gather and document business and functional requirements

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, PI planning)

Translate requirements into user stories and maintain product backlog

Liaise between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams

Support legacy system modernization and future‑state process design

Guide teams in SAFe Agile practices and manage project risks/blockers

Provide user training on customer applications

Required Qualifications

3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile environments

Experience as a Scrum Master

SAFe Agile framework proficiency

Strong documentation and communication skills

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Scrum Alliance CSM certification

IAT I Certification (A+ CE, CCNA‑Security, Network+ CE, SSCP, or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification

Experience with cloud migration and enterprise systems

Familiarity with legacy system modernization

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Physical Requirements

Prolonged desk/computer work

Occasional movement across office space

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs

Working Conditions

Standard office environment; extended hours may be required during deadlines or implementations.
