Assistant Director of Nursing – Fulton Commons Care Center
We are seeking an
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
to join our team. In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents, while working closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and lead our dedicated nursing team. Base Pay Range
$115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year About Us

Manage care standards: uphold exceptional standards of care across the nursing team. Regulatory compliance: ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards. Resident care: address the nursing needs of all residents, ensuring individualized, compassionate care. Develop care plans: assist in the development and implementation of personalized nursing care plans. Staff training & leadership: support and train nursing staff, ensuring the team is current with best practices. Documentation & records: oversee the accurate and timely completion of medical records and resident documentation. Staff recruitment & onboarding: participate in interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff. Scheduling flexibility: maintain flexibility in scheduling to meet changing needs. Collaborative leadership: work closely with the Director of Nursing on daily operations and overall management. What We’re Looking For
New York State RN license required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in long‑term care settings. Proven ability to train, lead, and manage clinical staff effectively.
