About The Job Unit Highlights
Our main PACU is located in the newly opened Verstandig Pavilion on Georgetown campus, a 477,000‑sq‑ft Medical and Surgical building dedicated to optimal patient care. The PACU spans two physical units on adjacent floors, each containing 24 recovery bays supporting 31 operating rooms. Nurses care for adult and pediatric patients across a broad range of surgical specialties with acuity from Ambulatory to Critical Care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across routine to highly complex needs.
Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
Deliver interventions directly or coordinate with other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
Clinical nursing experience required.
Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
Salary Range USD $41.78 - USD $63.66 per year.
