About Snowflakes ABA
Snowflakes ABA is a provider of in‑home ABA behavioral therapy for children with autism in Howard, Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Baltimore, and Montgomery Counties of Maryland. We were founded by a mother with an autistic son and provide individualized treatment plans to our clients because, like each snowflake, each child is unique. Our clients range from two years old to young adolescents.
Pay Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) $25 to $33 per hour, commensurate with experience

Job Description The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing direct behavioral interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This position involves working one‑on‑one with clients to implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA. The RBT helps clients acquire new skills and reduce problem behaviors while collecting data to monitor progress.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client needs.
Direct client interaction: work one‑on‑one with clients in‑home to deliver therapeutic interventions.
Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behaviors during each session using company‑provided tablets, and maintain detailed session notes.
Assist clients in acquiring new skills, such as communication, social, and daily living skills, through ABA techniques.
Communicate effectively with the supervising BCBA and other team members, providing regular updates on client progress.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards set forth by the BACB.
Work Environment
May require travel to different locations within the community.
Flexible working hours, which may include evenings and weekends, based on client needs.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the supervising BCBA or Lead Registered Behavior Technician.
Qualifications
High School diploma
Be caring, coachable, and clinically knowledgeable
Car & Driver’s License
Physical ability to engage in activities with clients, including kneeling, sitting on the floor, and play
Willingness to work in various environments (client homes, schools, clinics)
Preferred
ABA early intervention experience.
BCBA‑pursuant student, not required but a plus.
Experience serving in‑home clients.
Good case management skills and cadence.
Compensation & Benefits
