The Solutions Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives built on Microsoft-based platforms and tools. The role blends project management, business analysis, and solution enablement to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead complete project lifecycle activities — from discovery and planning through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and technical leads.

Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, analysts, and vendors.

Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies using tools such as Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project.

Maintain structured documentation and governance through RAID tracking and executive reporting.

Lead change control processes and keep alignment with evolving business priorities.

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to define requirements.

Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or system enhancement.

Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with architects to validate feasibility, performance, and scalability.

Manage requirements traceability and oversee UAT, issue resolution, and final sign-off.

Drive delivery of Microsoft solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure integrations.

Guide adoption of automation, low-code apps, and reporting capabilities.

Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and performance.

Act as liaison between business sponsors, end users, and technical teams.

Develop and deliver executive-level reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.

Support change management, training coordination, and communication planning.

Promote user adoption and effective utilization of solutions.

Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement post-implementation.

Qualifications

7+ years managing enterprise technology or business solution delivery with significant Microsoft-based experience.

Strong understanding of Microsoft application architectures, data models, integration patterns, and automation frameworks.

Demonstrated experience managing Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.

Proficiency in Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

Strong grasp of enterprise processes in finance, operations, or digital transformation initiatives.

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CBAP preferred; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
