What you will do as an Assistant Math Center Director Education Tutoring STEM
Partner with the Center Director to assess student needs and design personalized learning plans
Lead parent consultations and support student enrollment goals
Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, and the local community
Coach and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and engagement
Oversee student progress and support day-to-day center operations
What we are looking for in an Assistant Math Center Director Education Tutoring STEM
Background or studies in math, education, or a STEM field
Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow in an education-focused business environment
A collaborative mindset and ability to balance multiple priorities
