If in doubt, please write to hiring@fractal.ai to seek clarification or report any abuse..The Data Steward will collaborate on the design and implementation of data governance and quality solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, value streams, and maximizing long-term technology investment, to ensure compliance with project requirements. The Data Steward will work closely with Business Sponsors, Business Data Owners and Stewards, Business and Technical subject matter experts, Enterprise Architects, and Technology leaders to implement data quality checks and capture business process knowledge based on Data Governance standards and processes, while contributing to the overall data roadmap. RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Competencies, compliance, regulatory and Information Protection requirements.Database column level documentation of all data that is created or stored in the system is required and if does not exist there should be a plan to create.

Minimum requires data element name, technical name, location of element in database and application, definition, data type, and sample data.Knowledge Transfer to BECU FTE(s) with supporting documents

QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time 5 years data quality development experience required3 years data governance experience requiredExperience with data management tools required (Informatica, Collibra, Purview, etc.)Experience working with relational SQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL)Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead initiatives/small projects Experience with metric driven data governanceStrong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with a proven track record in gathering and documenting comprehensive business requirements in a highly regulated environment**Pay**:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120,000 to $130,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.**Benefits:**As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.

You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.

In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
