It all starts with loving what we do! Pediatric Associates is recruiting a Pediatrician to join our practice in Weston, Florida. This is an opportunity to join a very well run practice with a highly competent and motivated team of clinicians, clinical and administrative staff. Our pediatricians share the privilege of rounding on our newborn patients in the area hospitals. Here you will be supported and have the resources you need as you build your practice and care for your deserving panel of patients.

Position Overview

Typical office hours are 9a-5pm or 8am-5pm.

Two locations: Port St. Lucie West and Port St. Lucie North

Newborn rounding/call rotation

Average of 25 hours per week

Outpatient with newborn rounding

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

EMR: ECW with AI Charting

NHSC eligible location

Licensure Renewals and Maintenance of Board Certification

Education, Licensure & Certification

M.D. or D.O. degree required

Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics

Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida.

Current, Unrestricted Florida state specific DEA license

Current Board Certification appropriate for degree or be Board eligible and certified within five years of employment.

Meets all requirements in order to obtain medical staff membership and required privileges.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment.
