Medical Lab Scientist III - PRN FSED (250000CV)
Overview Performs all approved laboratory procedures in assigned licensure specialties, as required to meet workload demands. Coordinates lab resources as outlined below. Precisely and accurately performs and evaluates a variety of technical procedures. Utilizes accepted quality control techniques by manual, semi‑automated, or automated methodologies and equipment.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree in Medical Technology OR Bachelor’s Degree in Biology OR Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry
License/Registration: License/Registration issued by Florida or Compact State, and/or Clinical Lab Technologist
Certification: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) OR American Medical Technologists (AMT), licensed in all 5 specialties – Microbiology, Serology, Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology.
