The Shift Lead is an ambassador for our mission to empower guests wellness journeys. They provide a top-tier guest experience through product knowledge and passion for wellness. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, guest-centric selling, completing orders, processing transactions, and managing daily store operations. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and profitability through guest-centric selling and teamwork. Model the sales process to meet goals during shifts. Foster a guest-focused selling culture and model service excellence. Provide performance feedback to managers. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Act as a brand ambassador; support community engagement and marketing. Assist with order and inventory processes. Prepare and serve products, maintain cleanliness, and follow food handling procedures. Manage third-party vendors effectively. Enroll guests in our Loyalty Program. Engage in product sampling and gather guest feedback. Perform opening and closing duties, including deposits and shipments. Lead by example in safety and respectfulness. Perform other related duties as needed. Essential Job Functions
Maintain product and company knowledge, including ingredients and allergens. Use POS and computer systems efficiently. Ensure sales floor coverage according to schedule. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications
Passion and interest in health, fitness, or wellness. Ability to build guest relationships and provide exceptional service. Results-driven with a proactive attitude. Adaptability to new procedures and priorities. Experience in guest-centric selling and achieving sales goals. Strong team player with leadership ability and independence. Excellent communication skills in English. Previous retail, hospitality, or restaurant leadership experience preferred. Cash handling and POS experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
