Job Overview The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The role primarily involves leading applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements. Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex business and system processes, adhering to industry standards. Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring design aligns with architecture blueprints. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and deployment based on system flow knowledge. Gain comprehensive understanding of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure work together to achieve goals. Conduct in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, managing workload appropriately. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and managing control issues transparently. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in applications development or systems analysis. Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot 3.0, Angular 14+, JavaScript, PL/SQL (Oracle 19c), with expertise in DB design and optimization. At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a tech lead. Experience in developing full-stack software solutions involving front end, middleware, and backend. Proven experience in project team management and working in agile environments with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Strong ownership, responsibility, and team spirit. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred. Additional Details Location: Tampa, Florida, USA.
