Pay Range: $47.10 - $67.29/hr Description
Support the creation of the vision and roadmap for development products and services. Align training, communications, and onboarding of new tools to technology lines of business. Collaborate with product managers and technology champions to improve learning and operating practices. Bridge the gap between products and services and their consumers. Possess a working knowledge of the business/technical domain. Participate in planning ceremonies and complete tasks/stories. Develop clear and effective communications for a large audience. Key Responsibilities
Capture and support delivery of business and strategic requirements. Work with stakeholders to understand needs and capture requirements. Perform impact analysis and refine requirements into executable specifications. Collaborate across teams and present solutions with clear rationale. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and solutions. Document communication plans, procedures, and workflows for user consumption. Create and present materials for end users. Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst or Domain Expert. Basic awareness of products, services, business flows, and strategy. Ability to identify root causes and solve complex problems. Experience in developing clear communications for a large audience. Knowledge of software development without hands-on coding experience. Core Technologies
