The Position Our client is seeking a Branch Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. The successful candidate will oversee branch activities, including teller operations, customer service, loan processing, collections, and personnel administration. This role offers a salary up to $80K plus bonus and excellent benefits.

(This is not a remote position) Branch Manager responsibilities include:

Managing all branch aspects, ensuring safety, soundness, and daily operations.

Recruiting and selecting qualified staff to maintain high service standards.

Providing backup to personal bankers and tellers, including opening accounts, cashing checks, handling loan payments, etc.

Training team members on policies, procedures, safety, security, and compliance.

Interviewing customers to gather information and explain financial services such as savings accounts, checking accounts, retirement accounts, CDs, bonds, and securities.

Cross-selling a full range of retail banking services.

Ensuring compliance with all regulations, laws, and policies.

Participating in community activities and enhancing the bank’s market presence.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

At least five years of experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of three years in supervisory roles.

Knowledge of consumer and mortgage loan processes is a plus.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, both speaking and writing.

Proficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
