Agentic AI Architect (GCP)
with Gen AI experience to join our rapidly growing advanced analytics consulting firm. Our team possesses expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and AI. We are a trusted analytics partner for multiple Fortune 500 companies, helping them derive business value from data. Our leadership and market recognition by firms like Forrester and Gartner underscore our industry standing. We aim to build the best global analytics consulting team. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the design and development of an Agentic AI platform with deep expertise in machine learning, system architecture, and AI agent frameworks to create scalable, autonomous systems. Architecting and implementing core systems for agent-based AI workflows. Designing and deploying LLM-based pipelines, agent orchestration, and vector-based memory systems. Developing and optimizing ML models, pipelines, and orchestration logic. Driving technical strategy, tooling, and infrastructure decisions. Architecting and implementing agentic AI systems leveraging GCP services (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, etc.). Requirements Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Python; C++ experience is a plus. Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel/Autogen, and Open AI SDK. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AutoML. Hands-on experience with generative AI models, RAG architecture, and NLP. Familiarity with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and/or GCP. Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, version control (GitHub), development tools (VS Code, Jupyter), containerization (Docker), and data warehousing (Snowflake, Oracle). Experience with APIs like AWS Bedrock and other GenAI APIs. Skills in model building, testing, validation, deployment, and working within an Agile framework. Desired Skills: Experience with RAG architecture, hybrid search, and data retrieval/generation. Knowledge of the insurance or financial industries is advantageous. Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is preferred. Additional Expertise: 8+ years in AI/ML and data engineering, with large-scale program experience using GCP AI Platform/Vertex AI. Exceptional command of Agentic AI architecture, development, testing, and research, including Neural and Symbolic agents. Expertise in building agentic systems with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, dynamic workflows, caching/memory management, and concurrency, using frameworks like LangGraph, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel. Proficiency in Python for scalable applications and performance tuning. Strong prompt engineering skills, including design, development, and refinement for various approaches. Experience designing and implementing IR/RAG systems with Vector DB and Knowledge Graph. Strong skills in model evaluation, A/B testing, and benchmarking using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
