SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead
to join a dynamic project team supporting a major SAP transformation initiative. Lead end-to-end data migration strategy and execution from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Architect the data migration landscape and define best practices. Conduct data mapping and collaborate with business and functional teams. Lead mock cycles, data cutover activities, and status reporting to PMO. Provide estimates, plans, and guidance throughout project lifecycle. Support post go-live data governance planning. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA data migration projects. Hands-on experience with LTMC (Migration Cockpit), SAP BODS, LSMW. In-depth knowledge of Material Master, BP/Vendor/Customer master data. Strong understanding of Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Sales data domains. Experience in transactional data cutover (open PO, SO, AR, AP). Familiarity with 3rd-party migration tools is a plus. Technical knowledge of BODS and SQL is a strong advantage. Proven leadership in managing complex data migration efforts. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
