Amazon Games is seeking a highly effective Senior Game Developer - AI/ML to build and integrate innovative AI systems and tools into our game pipelines and customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: Implement libraries and middleware for advanced ML and AI use cases using a combination of cloud services and embedded models provided by our scientists. Collaborate with game teams-directly embedding when required-to deliver the generative AI & ML features their game designs require. About the team: The Amazon Games Studio AI Research team focuses on artificial intelligence innovation in gaming, working across Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI to reimagine game development. We collaborate with first-party game developers and partner studios to bring creative visions to life, using AI responsibly to transform gameplay experiences, enrich narratives, and provide practical tools for creators. Minimum qualifications: 8+ years of professional software development experience 5+ years in the Games Industry supporting title development, release, or live ops Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ Experience with Unity, Unreal, CryEngine, or similar engines Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent 1+ year of AI/ML integrations in games Preferred qualifications: Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow Experience with RL, DRL, and distributed ML architectures Experience designing and deploying services leveraging generative AI models Experience with cloud-based AI services We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
