We are seeking a Project Architect to work on data center and technology projects across various sectors. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors nationwide. Your daily responsibilities will include: Applying knowledge of technical design concepts, design management, digital technologies, and workflow for Data Centers and Technical Facilities. Leading meetings with clients and internal teams, and participating in reviews with regulatory agencies for code compliance. Managing design activities and producing detailed construction documents. Reviewing architectural documents for conflicts with other disciplines. Performing QA/QC and cross-discipline technical reviews. Writing and editing architectural specifications. Coordinating with disciplines on addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders, and incorporating changes into documents. Providing construction observation and contract administration as needed. Conducting work sessions at project sites with clients, project managers, and other disciplines. Performing other duties as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing and documenting Data Centers. Graphic presentation skills and proficiency with Blue Beam PDF editor. LEED accreditation and interest in sustainable design. At least 5 years of relevant experience. US Citizenship due to client requirements. Ability to pass a governmental background check. Local candidates preferred. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Registered Architect. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autodesk Revit. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in preparing architectural contract documents and understanding codes.
