Manage Compliance Risks at Goldman Sachs
Join our Global Compliance team to manage the firm's compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks by ensuring adherence to laws, rules, and regulations.
Our team handles audits, inquiries, compliance training, surveillance, and testing of the firm's risk management infrastructure.

Divisions and Job Functions
Global Compliance : Protects the firm's reputation and manages risks across all business areas, working closely with each to interpret and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, monitor trends, and collaborate with regulators.
- Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) : Coordinates anti-financial crime programs to prevent and detect misconduct such as money laundering, terrorist financing, insider trading, sanctions violations, bribery, and fraud.
- Core Compliance : Implements and maintains the regulatory compliance program, including change management, policies, training, issue escalation, and risk assessment.
- Global Banking and Markets - Public Compliance : Monitors and oversees regulatory and reputational risks, advising on compliant business conduct.
- Compliance Testing Group (CTG) : Conducts independent testing of compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure infrastructure soundness and regulatory adherence.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
- Discretion with sensitive information, integrity, and sound judgment
