Job Details Job ID: 878610 Position: Radiology Technician Shift Schedule: Days (8s, EOW, first to float), 40 hours per week Location: Bakersfield, CA Job Type: 13 weeks Start Date: 05/27/2025 Pay: $45-$50 Required Certifications BLS Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification Fluoroscopy Unit Notes Manager will interview Unit: Radiology Shift: 8s Hours: VARIED SHIFTS/8hr Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English; CT not needed Education: CA Radiology Technologist (R) (F), IV Certification preferred License: CA Radiology Technologist (R) (F), ARRT, CPR required Certifications: BLS, Fluoro, ARRT Floating: Can be floated to Mercy Downtown Call: Required, rotating with other staff, report within 30 mins Scrub: Teal Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic, CT, mammography, bone density, ultrasound, or special procedures per department protocols Interface with customers to meet their imaging needs Participate in PI/QC activities and support Performance Improvement Program Supervise radiology staff in their absence and maintain supplies Promote teamwork and excellent customer service Assist in annual staff evaluations and discipline Manage scheduling, supplies, and equipment for assigned sub-departments Process and transmit images to PACS Precision Scans is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity.
