Your role within the team
We are seeking an exceptional, innovative Brand Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Human Nutritional Care brands in North America. This role is ideal for a passionate brand builder with a background in CPG, beauty, or vitamins & supplements, and a proven track record of driving consumer engagement and sales through strategic marketing and innovation. Youll develop and execute marketing strategies that grow awareness, educate consumers, and convert interest into sales across online and offline channels. In this role, youll collaborate with Innovation, Sales, Operations, and Agency partners to lead new product launches, craft compelling brand narratives, and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with todays health-conscious consumer.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, consumer education, and conversion across digital, retail, and emerging channels.
- Lead new and existing product innovation in partnership with the Innovation & Portfolio Management team to drive brand and portfolio growth.
- Guide the day-to-day brand management and execution of ANC/BNC brand plans across media, PR, shopper marketing, content, and packaging.
- Champion a deep understanding of the North American market and consumer trends to inform brand positioning and activation.
- Support the development of engaging brand content and disruptive consumer experiences that clearly communicate product benefits and brand values.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to build and execute go-to-market strategies that meet business goals.
- Monitor brand performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and optimize based on ROI, KPIs, and consumer feedback.
- Act as a thought leader and coach to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 35 years of experience in brand marketing and/or innovation, ideally in a CPG, beauty, or vitamins & supplements environment.
- Classically trained marketing background with a strong understanding of brand building, consumer engagement, and commercialization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, retail, and e-commerce channels.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained, startup-like environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% to Orlando, FL.
This position requires local employees to work in the office 3 days per week.
