$120,000-$135,000
Join a leading industrial construction team as a Senior Electrical Estimator , responsible for full-cycle estimating-takeoffs, pricing, proposal prep, and bid coordination. This role requires deep expertise in electrical systems and a track record of success in estimating for manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate take-offs (power, lighting, low-voltage).
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes.
• Prepare detailed budgets, scopes, and proposals.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and design teams.
• Interpret drawings/specs and integrate safety protocols.
• Conduct occasional site visits.

Requirements

• Experience :
  • 10+ years in industrial/manufacturing construction estimating
  • Strong grasp of CSI MasterFormat, digital takeoffs, and bid tools
  • WinEst, Trimble, Sage, Revit/BIM preferred
• Education :
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • Certifications a plus
• Skills :
  • Proficient in MS Office, Procore
  • Clear communicator; detail-oriented; team player
  • Valid driver's license required
