Tax Manager ASC 740 + Global Provision | Chicago Area

Were working with a global manufacturing and tech-enabled solutions company thats looking to level up its tax leadership. If youre well-versed in ASC 740, enjoy a mix of compliance and provision work, and want to operate on a global stage, this could be a great next step.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee U.S. federal/state income tax compliance and provision work
• Review and consolidate global tax provision and quarterly forecasts
• Lead domestic audits and dig into complex tax positions
• Collaborate cross-border on GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and other international items
• Support M&A activity and integration
• Improve processes, tools, and tax operations strategy

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate tax (ASC 740 fluency required)
• Background in global provision and reporting
• CPA preferred; experience supervising a plus
• Adept at working across departments and borders
