Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 3-month contract located in Wilmington, DE 19801. Eligibility:

3 months Required Skills & Experience:
1-5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience Customer service experience Solid understanding of IT services and products, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, PC imaging, deployment, and IMAC processes Excellent customer service skills A+ Certification is a plus Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems Support and manage user account information, including rights, security, and group memberships Train employees, diagnose, and repair product failures, and order/replacement of parts as needed Resolve network connection issues by tracking connections back to network switches Escalate unresolved problems to higher support levels Represent the client professionally and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Respond to routine technical questions and requests for information from users
