In your first 3 months, you'll:
Lead the development of impactful features from concept to production, with support from your amazing engineering colleagues
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams to shape solutions together
Contribute to planning discussions where your voice and perspective will influence our technical direction
Learn our customers challenges and deliver meaningful solutions to aid in their climate sustainability efforts
Help shape our engineering practices to ensure we’re building a technically strong, inclusive and sustainable foundation
What you'll bring: A mindful and caring approach to addressing customer needs through technology
Experience translating business requirements into well-architected systems
Comfort working across the stack (frontend, backend, and ideally some infrastructure experience with AWS/Terraform)
A track record of delivering quality software from 0→1 in small, early team environments
An eye for design
