The Department of Medicine at UC San Diego is committed to academic excellence. We are recruiting for the tenured position of Chief, Division of Hematology and Cellular Therapies. This role involves leading clinical, research, and educational initiatives, collaborating with faculty and university leaders, and overseeing programs related to hematologic malignancies and cellular therapies. The appointment will be based on experience and may include a 50% Ladder Rank / 50% In-Residence series with secured extramural funding or 100% Ladder Rank. Basic qualifications:

MD or equivalent degree, or MD/PhD in Hematology; 5+ years leading research programs with independent funding; publications in high-impact journals; board certification or eligibility in Hematology or Hematology/Oncology; California medical license or eligibility. Application Requirements
