RESUME AND REFERENCES ARE REQUIRED***
Essential Duties, Functions And Responsibilities
Complete examinations on patients, review medical and dental history, diagnose and treat dental diseases, collaborate with medical teams, provide comprehensive dental services, and manage emergency treatments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, participate in after-hours emergency coverage, stay updated with current dental literature, and maintain accurate patient records.
Manage daily schedules, utilize dental assistants effectively, ensure quality care, support the mission of FDIHB, and provide leadership and guidance to dental staff.
Attend meetings, perform other duties as assigned, and contribute to continuous improvement in dental care delivery.
Experience
No additional experience required outside of completed training program as defined in the education qualifications below.
Education
Completion of an accredited DDS or DMD program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
Licensure
Active, unrestricted Dental License from any U.S. State or Territory.
Current, valid, unrestricted DEA License.

NAVAJO/INDIAN PREFERENCE
Applicants who are enrolled members of the Navajo Nation will be given primary preference. Other federally-recognized Indian tribes members will be given secondary preference. All others considered only after preferences are fulfilled.
