About this Role We're seeking a talented Recruiter to join our growing People & Talent team at Fay. You'll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent across all functions as we scale our dynamic, high-performing organization. Your recruiting expertise will be essential in building teams that drive Fay's ambitious growth objectives.
What you'll be doing Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offers across multiple roles and departments
Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including networking, social media, and industry events
Candidate Experience: Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our company values and enhance our employer brand
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and cultural fit
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in a fast-growing venture backed startup environment
Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles from individual contributors to senior leadership
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem AI and other recruiting tools
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
