Position Overview: Field Marketing/Sales Associate Compensation: Training Rate: $20/Hour vs Commission Rate after 30 Days: $16.50/Hour + Commission Availability: Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. This is a traveling role, attending various events, games, festivals, and more. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and clients to enhance resort preview sign-ups and ticket sales. Encourage qualified prospects to attend a Vacation Ownership presentation by providing enticing incentives such as discounted tickets to local attractions. Participate in off-site events and pop-up locations as needed by the business. Work towards achieving production, sales, and monthly budget targets. Stay informed about local attractions, events, dining options, and current guest incentives. Provide guests with information about the site and surrounding areas as needed. Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as directed by management. Accurately account for and report shift details as required by the manager. Adhere to company standards while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Skills: Charismatic and outgoing personality. Ability to be assertive and effectively manage objections. Enjoy teamwork and collaboration. Exceptional customer service skills, especially in face-to-face interactions. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Basic math skills for calculating percentages and discounts. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Capability to build and maintain cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently with minimal supervision.
