Overnight Security Officer Job at Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Minneapolis

**Basic Purpose**: The Overnight Security Officer monitors, responds and trains for emergency/security systems and incidents. Is the safety and policy leader for the overnight shift. Assists guests and employees with operational tasks. Responds as a 1st responder trained in CPR. Answers phones and directs calls, as well as assisting with any other tasks needed on the overnight shift. **Job Responsibilities** Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed. Display complete knowledge of the fire/life System and all support systems, their functions and emergency response procedures.Share duties in Operations Center with emergency and department phone monitoring, closed circuit television monitoring, alarm monitoring, vendor/solicitor/visitor access, and key control. Assist with Worker’s Compensation, complete reports, and maintain a health and safety.Participate and take an active role in the development and implementation of the hotel’s fire plan.
