Job Description JOB LOCATION IS YUMA, ARIZONA This is a seasonal Driver position with GTGS Logistics LLC delivering packages to Amazon customers! GTGS Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory. As we grow, supervisory roles will be available. BENEFITS & SCHEDULING $22/HOUR, paid weekly. 10-hour shifts typical. 4-day workweek, 35-40 hours typical with opportunities for overtime. Rotation schedule: no more than 3 consecutive days; every other weekend off. Daytime shift; potential 2nd shift if desired. Minimum 2 paid 15‑minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break per shift. Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Handle and deliver packages on time; safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle. Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions. Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages up to 50 lbs. frequently; tilt, push and slide packages 50‑70 lbs. on and off a hand truck; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day. Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed. Use smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members. Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle. Support team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance. QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 21 years old. Must hold a non‑provisional, unrestricted driver’s license. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must successfully pass a 4‑Panel Drug Screening (excluding pre‑employment marijuana testing) and have a satisfactory motor vehicle report. Must have good English speaking, reading, writing and communication skills. EQUIPMENT PROVIDED Delivery vehicle & gas. Handheld technology. Uniforms.
