D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals.

Job Summary
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through excellent service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements suited for each individual. Dedicate to training and improving members’ lives, including scholastic (ages 7-18), adults, and teams, by exhibiting passion, expertise, energy, positivity, strong character, and exceptional customer service. Ensure workouts start and end on time, assess and align members with appropriate programs, build relationships, coach group workouts, personal training, and teams, and deliver educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Teach proper form and technique to ensure athlete safety.
Responsibilities

Focus on proper technique to reduce injury risk
Qualifications
Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
At least one NCCA-accredited certification
Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
