We are looking for hard‑working individuals eager to work outdoors and care for Epic’s unique landscape as part of the Horticulture team. Responsibilities include assisting horticulturists with the maintenance of garden areas, green roofs, orchard, and prairies. You’ll also be responsible for mowing, trimming, mulching, watering, weeding, and composting. Work may be strenuous and involve crouching, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting 50 lbs, so a passion for rigorous outdoor activity is a must. We have a number of openings for experienced and motivated landscapers and horticulturists to join our team. Pay for this position starts at $20/hr.

Qualifications
Experience using commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work 40 hours per week through the growing season (~April‑~November).
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI.
COVID‑19 vaccination.
