While serving as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future by helping them make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money.
Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
Schedule clients in the preferred manner.
Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with the team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or across multiple locations.
Sales/marketing experience.
Your Expertise Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
Location Ridgeland, MS | $40,000 - $45,000 per year
